Privacy Policy

This policy explains what this review site does with information about you. It covers this website only. It does not cover the casino we write about, which has its own privacy policy and its own obligations, and which you should read before you sign up there.

Who runs this site

This is an independent editorial website that reviews online casinos for readers in Australia. We are not a casino, a bookmaker or a payments business. We never hold your money, we never ask you for a deposit and we do not open accounts on your behalf.

Everything published here is written to inform you. The decision to play, and the responsibility for it, stays with you.

What we collect

We keep collection small. This site does not ask you to create an account, so we do not ask for your name, your date of birth or your payment details.

Like most servers, ours records standard technical data when a page loads: the date and time, a shortened form of your IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested and the page you came from. If you write to us, we keep your message and the address you wrote from so that we can answer you.

How we use it

Technical data helps us keep the site running, spot errors and see which reviews people read, so that we know where to update figures first. Messages are used to reply and, where you point out a mistake, to correct it.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell data and we do not use your information to decide what you are offered by any casino.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies for basic statistics and to remember simple display choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the pages will still read normally without them.

If we add a new analytics tool, we will describe it here before it goes live.

Links to casino sites

When you press a button that leads to an operator, you leave this site. Those links are marked as sponsored. The operator may set its own cookies and will see the page you came from, and we have no control over what it collects after that.

Read the operator's privacy policy at the point of registration. It is the document that governs the account you open.

Retention, security and your rights

Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Messages are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your question. We use standard measures such as encrypted connections to protect what we hold, though no online service can promise absolute security.

Under Australian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Use the contact route shown on this site and tell us what you need. We will answer within a reasonable time.
